# Vision to Values

## Dare to build a better future together.

The current system wasn't built for us, so we're building a new one.

Women are half of the world population, but web3 currently doesn't reflect this.

Out of 121 listed founders of the world’s leading crypto companies, only about 4% have at least one woman co-founder.\*

We need to close this gap.
